In this course, participants will get a general introduction to Quality Assurance in agile project configurations. We will discuss ways to assess and increase delivered quality.
We focus on the concept of Whole Team Testing and how it is integrated into the software development process. The content will be reinforced and strengthened by means of hands-on exercises and real-world examples conducted by both our experienced trainers and the participants.

After the course, you will be able to efficiently perform Quality Assurance in an agile environment. You can identify opportunities for quality improvement and know how to engage the entire team in quality activities.
